Tsuruta Architects redesigned a building on the Broadway as part of the Catford regeneration program.

The construction was completed in Janurary 2021. Alongside the regeneration program, The Queen of Catford is a cultural project designed to revisit and highlight the cultural history and capital of Catford and to revel in and celebrate the stories and characters of SE6. The project touches on the rich cinematic and theatrical past of the area.
